EZZSPORTS TERMS OF SERVICE – USER AGREEMENT & RULES

1.Acceptance of Terms

By using EzzSports, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2.User Accounts

You agree to:

4.Payments and Verification

EzzSports acts solely as a platform to facilitate tournament participation between players and organizers. EzzSports does not store, hold, or maintain any wallet or balance on behalf of users.

To ensure accountability, EzzSports mandates identity verification (Aadhar/PAN) for all tournament organizers. However, players make payments directly to tournament organizers using their preferred payment method (e.g. UPI). Payment proof is submitted by the player and manually verified by the organizer.

EzzSports is not responsible for delays in organizer payment verification or prize payout processing.

5.No Wallet System

EzzSports does not provide or maintain any digital wallet, stored balance, or prepaid system. The platform does not hold user funds at any time. All financial transactions occur directly between players and organizers.

6.Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once a player's payment is verified by the organizer and registration is confirmed, the transaction is considered final. Refunds are subject to the tournament organizer's policies.

If a tournament is cancelled by the organizer, the organizer is responsible for issuing refunds directly to players. EzzSports is not responsible for refund processing delays.

7.Fair Play Policy

Strict Enforcement

Users must NOT:

✕Hack
✕Manipulate Matches
✕Impersonate Others

VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN.

8.Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or our associated policies.

9.Platform Disclaimer

EzzSports acts solely as a technology platform that connects players and tournament organizers.

EzzSports does not act as a financial intermediary, does not hold user funds, and does not operate any wallet services. All payments occur directly between players and organizers and are manually verified.

While EzzSports collects Aadhar and PAN details from organizers for verification purposes, the platform does not involve itself in direct payment disputes. In cases of misconduct, EzzSports may provide verified organizer details to legal authorities as per the law.

EzzSports shall not be held liable for any disputes related to payments, prize distribution, or organizer conduct.

10.Limitation of Liability

EzzSports is not responsible for:

  • Network failures
  • Banking delays
  • User negligence
  • Organizer payment verification delays

11.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.Third-Party Advertisements

We may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) on our platform. We are not responsible for the content of these ads.
